• Assisting trustees and executors through the entire administration process after the passing of an individual
• Assisting in the trust accounting and distribution process needed to properly administer the trust/estate for trustees, executors and beneficiaries
• Providing assistance in filing required tax forms for the entity including fiduciary returns (Form 1041), estate tax returns (Form 706), and gift tax returns (Form 709)
• Providing help in filing for portability for a surviving spouse to preserve the decedent’s Estate Tax Exemption
• Assisting when required in the funding of Sub-Trusts at the passing of the first spouse through AB Trusts and Disclaimer Trust provisions
